Scholastic

Book Fairs At AMA

Every year Amarillo Montessori Academy welcomes the Scholastic Book Fair to our school campus. Book Fairs take place during both the Fall and Spring semesters and are open to all students, their families, and AMA faculty.

Reading With Ruckus

Every Spring, the Amarillo Montessori Academy Elementary Studio students participate in Reading With Ruckus.  The goal of the Reading With Ruckus program is to promote reading with students.  The program is set up just like a baseball game; there are 9 innings, which represent 9 books for students to read. Once a student reads all 9 books, they receive a free ticket to an Amarillo Sod Poodles baseball game!
