At Amarillo Montessori Academy, we believe that children learn best when they are engaged in hands-on activities and have the opportunity to explore their interests. Our approach to education is designed to foster independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Amarillo Montessori Academy is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that emphasizes continued learning outside of the classroom.
AMA is proud to partner with community organizations that are whole-child-focused. The cost of these programs varies. If you are interested in enrolling your child in an after-school activity please contact the front office for more information.
Snapology
Every Monday Snapology provides fun, hands-on learning experiences at Amarillo Montessori Academy. Snapology's STEAM programs encourage learners to explore science and technology, discover designing and building, and inspire creativity while enhancing fine motor and early literacy skills.

Tippi Toes
Amarillo Montessori Academy welcomes Tippi Toes every Monday in our school gymnasium. Tippi Toes. Tippi Toes coaches develop a love of dancing in children by creating a positive experience that promotes healthy living habits and helps build self-confidence and a love for others.

TOTS
TOTS
A TOT instructor visits Amarillo Montessori Academy every Thursday afternoon. TOT classes are focused on improving physical and mental growth through movement and music. TOT uses the perfect mixture of physical movement hand-eye coordination, and brain use to maximize student growth.
